Minnesota: the candidate for President of Somalia, Dr Abdulkareem Hassan Jama, met Somali community figures.
The meeting was one of a series held across Minnesota during the candidate's visit, alongside community dinners and gatherings with residents of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Ogaal was founded in Mogadishu in 2026 by scholars and community leaders, and campaigns for comprehensive change in Somalia: justice, security, livelihoods, economic growth, good governance and full citizenship rights.
